1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of HÜSE (“HUSE”, “we”, “our”, “platform”). By accessing or using HÜSE, you acknowledge that you:

Have read and understood these Terms

Agree to comply with them

Have authority to bind the organization you represent
If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
2. Definition of HÜSE
HÜSE is an AI orchestration & execution engine designed to automate, enforce, and coordinate operational workflows across tools and people. It:

Runs tasks & workflows across communication platforms
-
Works via WhatsApp, web app, mobile app, and dashboard
-
Automates follow-ups, attendance, approvals, SOP execution
-
Tracks productivity patterns, bottlenecks & performance signals
-
Converts natural language into repeatable execution loops
HÜSE assists humans and organizations — it does not replace human judgment or legal compliance responsibilities.
3. Scope of Service
HÜSE may include:

Task automation & workflow execution
-
Attendance, check-ins, leave & shift management
-
Automatic follow-ups & accountability mapping
-
SOP guidance, knowledge retrieval, and process intelligence
-
Calendar coordination, scheduling & meeting automation
-
Organizational knowledge assistants
-
Employee sentiment and productivity pattern analysis
-
CRM workflows & lead follow-ups (when enabled)
-
Reporting, insights, and dashboards
-
API integrations and enterprise connectors
Future enhancements may include additional tools, dashboards, and integrations.
4. Eligibility
To use HÜSE you must:

Be at least 18 years old
-
Have authority to represent your organization
-
Use HÜSE for lawful operational and business purposes
5. User Conduct & Responsible Use
You agree not to:
-
Abuse, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to the platform
-
Use HÜSE for harassment, discrimination, or unlawful surveillance
-
Violate employee privacy without legal justification and consent
-
Attempt to reverse-engineer, clone, or replicate the system
-
Upload malicious content or files
-
Use HÜSE outputs in a harmful or misleading way
-
Interfere with service operability
We may suspend accounts for violations.
6. AI & Automation Nature
HÜSE uses AI to:
Interpret instructions
Suggest actions
Execute workflows
Analyze behavior trends
Surface insights
Human Oversight Clause
AI outputs may contain errors or bias. You must validate critical decisions.
HÜSE does not provide legal, medical, investment, or HR authority.
7. Data Governance, Hosting & Ownership
Hosting

Enterprise clients may request:

Private cloud
-
On-prem / dedicated hosting

Custom data residency
Data Ownership
All organizational data remains owned by the respective organization.
We do not train global models on client-specific private data.
Data Retention

Data retained only while account active
-
Deleted upon request & upon termination
8. Confidentiality & NDA
We treat all client data, SOPs, files, dashboards, and workflows as confidential.
We will not:

Share client data with third parties beyond required processors
-
Use organizational data for advertising or resale
-
Train models on proprietary SOPs, conversations, or workflows
Mutual NDA applies by default for enterprise engagements.
9. Integrations
HÜSE may integrate with:

WhatsApp Business API

Google Workspace / Calendar
-
Microsoft Outlook / Office 365
-
Stripe
-
OpenAI API and inference models
-
Optional third-party tools added by customer
Customers are responsible for maintaining licenses for external systems they connect.
10. Workplace Monitoring & Compliance
HÜSE can enable:

Attendance automation and location check-ins
-
Performance trend insights
-
Workflow audit trails
-
Task completion compliance
-
Organizational knowledge routing
Employer Responsibility
Employers must:

Comply with employment laws & consent rules
-
Inform employees of monitoring
-
Use tracking ethically and legally
HÜSE does not assume employer legal obligations or HR legal liability.
11. Payment, Subscription & Renewal

Free plan/demo may be provided
-
Paid tiers from $3–$13/user/month, or enterprise custom plans
-
Billed monthly or annually
-
Auto-renewal unless cancelled
-
No refunds (service active through billing period)
Charges apply per active enrolled seat
12. Limitation of Liability
We provide commercially reasonable uptime and effort, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
To the extent permitted by law:

No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
-
Maximum direct liability = fees paid in previous 12 months
-
No liability for decisions made based on AI suggestions
13. Service Termination
We may suspend or terminate service if:
-
You violate Terms
-
Security threats arise
-
Legal compliance requires it
You may terminate at any time via account settings.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) laws.
All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of DIFC Courts.
